Stop gleefully snapping photos when they are at their weakest.
Stop stationing yourselves everywhere they might show up.
Stop hanging around at their childrens' school.
Stop asking their aged parents worrying questions about them.
You would not be half as fervent if the exact same situation befell you.
"But I'm paid to do this", you may say.
But let me tell you, money can never buy you a good conscience.
It can never save you from haunting thoughts that you have, with your own hands, choked another fellow human of his breathing space.
It can never ever ease your guilt should something bad happen because of what you've (over)done.
They've been through enough.
Get. Off. Their. Back.
