Trying to Smoke me???

Last time, when the policemen wore shorts (deja vu??)... and PSI was in the unhealthy range, I could see my block clearly when I was only 50m away, during daytime.

Now, when I cannot see my block clearly from the same distance at night due to the haze.. you tell me that the PSI is of acceptable range?
